Moreton Business Park is situated in Herefordshire on the A49, 5 miles from Hereford town centre. The site was established in 2001.
The complete estate covers 227 acres, combining expansive green landscapes, mature trees, two lakes, abundant wildlife including its own resident honeybees. It also has its own train depot with rail link to the national network. Total on-site building space 700,000 square feet, with a total of seven tenants, the site also has outline planning for a further 305,000 square feet.
Our tenant listing includes MandM Direct, Safeguard Medical Technologies, Motus Commercials, Trekkit, Rob Jones, SMT, CEJN UK and Flakt Group.
The site offers ‘round-the-clock' protection with dedicated 24/7 manned security including an extensive monitored CCTV system, offering maximum peace of mind, 365 days of the year for all occupants and for their employees.

History of Moreton Business Park

Moreton Business Park was purchased back in 2001 from the Ministry of defence, at that time there was only one tenant, a producer of soft drinks.

Refurbishment

The project included the full refurbishment of the railway tracks along with the installation of a dedicated loading area. These improvements were designed to enable Tarmac to efficiently load trains with aggregates, increasing capacity, improving safety, and supporting more sustainable transport operations.
