Moreton Business Park is situated in Herefordshire on the A49, 5 miles from Hereford town centre. The site was established in 2001.

The complete estate covers 227 acres, including wide open green spaces, mature trees and two lakes. Total on-site building space 700,000 square feet, with 7 number of tenants, the site also has its own train depot.

Our tenant listing includes MandM Direct, Safeguard Medical Technologies, Motus Commercials, Rob Jones, SMT, CEJN UK and Flakt Group.

History of Moreton Business Park

Moreton Business Park was purchased back in 2001 from the Ministry of defence, at that time there was only one tenant, a producer of soft drinks.

Refurbishment

The project included the full refurbishment of the railway tracks along with the installation of a dedicated loading area. These improvements were designed to enable Tarmac to efficiently load trains with aggregates, increasing capacity, improving safety, and supporting more sustainable transport operations.
